What happens to my mail that arrives at the accommodation when I've already checked out?

Upon your request, we can send you any mail that arrives at the accommodation after you have checked out. Contact us to request mail forwarding, and if we come across any of your mail, we'll collect it and notify you via email.

Here are a few important points to note:

  • We require your consent to collect and send your mail before the end of your contract.
  • We only forward addressed postal mail, excluding advertising magazines or folders.
  • If we need to send your mail abroad, additional shipping costs (on top of the regular fees) may apply.
  • We will collect and send your mail for a maximum period of three months following your check-out.
