At what date and time is the check-out scheduled?

The check-out is typically scheduled on the end date of your contract, between 09:30 AM - 12:30 PM on office days, and between 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. However, it may be possible to hold check-outs on an earlier date than the end date of your contract, subject to our availability.

If you anticipate any delays or wish to schedule the check-out for an earlier date, please notify us by email with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. We will do our best to accommodate your request and arrange a different date and time as needed.

Please be aware that additional charges may apply if your contract does not end on a holiday or on a Saturday or Sunday, but you would like us to arrange the check-out for you on such a day. You can find the applicable rates on our website.

If you require a check-in or check-out outside of the standard time frames mentioned above, it can be arranged for an additional fee of €215 excl. VAT. However, this arrangement is subject to consultation with Beter Beheer.
