Can I check out earlier or later than the end date of the tenancy contract?

Yes, you can check out earlier than the end date of the contract or already scheduled check-out date, but not later. The end date of the contract is the latest possible date for your check-out. This is because your accommodation may be rented out to a third party immediately after your contract ends.
