At what date and time is the pre-check-out scheduled?

The pre-check-out is scheduled between 09:30 and 16:30 on office days, typically between 2 and 4 weeks before the end of your stay. This arrangement allows us to inspect the state and conditions of your apartment or room before the final check-out.

The pre-check-out provides you with an opportunity to address any necessary repairs or cleaning tasks before the official check-out.

If you are unable to attend the pre-check-out appointment at the scheduled date and time, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance via email ([email protected]) or through your tenant portal. Failure to provide prior notification of absence may result in a charge of €100,- excl. V.A.T. per instance (no-show fee).
