What are the accepted payment methods?
If you’re booking an accommodation with us, you’ll have several options for paying your deposit, rent, and additional services throughout your stay. Here’s a summary of the payment methods we accept:
• SEPA Bank Transfer (FREE)
• iDeal (FREE)
• Bancontact (FREE)
• Credit Cards (4.2% processing fee)
SEPA Bank Transfer: This is a straightforward option for payments. Please ensure you use the correct bank account details and include the transaction reference provided in your contract and invoice.
Non-European Bank Accounts: If you’re transferring funds from a non-European bank account, be aware that intermediary banks might deduct fees from the amount sent, resulting in us receiving a lesser amount. To avoid this issue, we recommend not using non-European bank accounts for direct transfers.
iDeal: This is a widely used payment method in the Netherlands, connected with all Dutch banks. Our invoices include an automatic payment link via iDeal for a smooth transaction process.
Bancontact: This is a popular payment method in Belgium, supported by most Belgian banks.
Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay, Discover, and American Express. Please note that a non-refundable processing fee of 4.2% of the total amount will be added to credit card transactions.
Transaction Fees: All transaction fees are the responsibility of the tenant.
Cash Payments: Please note that we do not accept cash payments under any circumstances.
