We are a group renting an apartment. Can we each pay our share of rent?

The total amount of rent should be paid in one single transfer to our bank account. Unfortunately, we cannot accept separate payments from each individual in the group. If we receive partial payments, a penalty fee of 121 EUR INCL VAT will be charged per additional payment.
