Is proof of payment sufficient to arrange the check-in?

No. If we have not yet received the first term payment of your rental agreement, the check-in process cannot take place. The payment for the initial term is a requirement for proceeding with the check in. Once the payment has been settled and processed, we can proceed with arranging the check-in.

We cannot schedule the check-in based on your proof of payment. Failure to ensure payment by the time of check-in may result in the inability to proceed with the check-in process.
