If you cannot be present for a check, you may use this form to designate a proxy, through a written power of attorney. Please note that once a proxy is designated, you are no longer allowed to attend the check yourself. An administrative fee of €50 excl. VAT (€60,50 incl. VAT) applies for designating a proxy.
We advise you to fully inform your proxy about the check, including the required condition of the accommodation. Your proxy will receive an email confirmation once designated. They will need to sign documents on your behalf and manage the return/acceptance of the key(s).
